COMPUTER PUNCH CARDS - THE ORIGIN OF GLOBAL TECH STRATEGICS
Our leader and founder started programming in the Vietnam Era using Punch Cards. Today, she is still the backbone of the company and still giving us guidance as anyone with experience such as hers would. With her vast experience and the intricate detail of strategic thinking, she lives up to the title of CEO.
Even though she is a veteran now, her voyage has never ended. As technology has grown exponentially, so has her knowledge and her abilities. She expects more than code testing coverage, and demands respect and honesty. More importantly, she has infused the company with an attitude of sucess with no fear of failure.
LESS OF A COMPANY AND MORE OF A TEAM
We have a one of a kind team. It is not driven by just success, but by being given the opportunity to be a fundamental resource for a project, and provided the trust its members deserve. This not only provides the quality our clients deserve, but empowers our team to not only be more motivated for the next project, but also furthers knowledge to make us as a whole stronger.
Global Tech Strategics started small with the drive and attitude to do things the right way, and not just the way that is cheapest and/or easiest for the moment. We are proud of the values our team has, as we expect them to say no or stand up for a different direction when needed.
In our type of business, it's often that the keyholders are just looking for the moment and how to do it cheaper and/or easier. For your everyday "yes" man, this works. However, we expect our team to dig deeper in themselves in order to make not only the project a success, but the company and themselves a success as well. More than often this is just considered a costly roadblock by businesses, and this is a key difference that we bring to the table.
Not only proven by the quality driven success, but by the shear thirst each of our team has to achieve for not only us but also our clients. We stand by what's right for us, for our clients, and both of our futures. We strive to serve and not to yield.
